We accept your order when we dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., stock issues, pricing errors).

7. Delivery

We deliver within Ireland.

Delivery times are estimates only. Risk passes to you upon delivery; ownership passes when payment is received in full.

8. Returns & Refunds (Consumer Rights Act 2022)

8.1 Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Consumers have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel without giving a reason.

You must notify us in writing at info@sealtec.ie.

Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging.

8.2 Exclusions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalised items
Sealed goods opened after delivery where hygiene is an issue
Goods that are mixed inseparably after delivery

8.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Irish and EU consumer law.

10. Customer Accounts
